They told me to turn it on and off again. Genious.

If I blow my wad playing with a blank monitor and have to get a job, I think I might look into doing computer technical assistance by phone. It sounds like a piece of piss.

just something simple here, but I assume its just one of the two monitors thats not playing ball ?

can you try swapping them over ie , if monitor 2 works in the socket for monitor 1 then its likely to be the video card.

Aye it'll be the video card as I can have the monitor working allright when I change it round. Dell have their top Hamilton Accie on the case i'm sure.

It's just a rroight pisser when something which was working nicely decides all of a sudden to %*~# up in my face. Assigning the monitors female names was probably a bad idea, that kinda ensures that the whole setup will get testy at some point. I've been fiddling around with their DVI and VGA plug thingies when perhaps I should have just been buying them both some flowers and telling them how much they meant to me more often.

might be an idea to pursue graphics card problems youself - type the make and model into google followed by "screen blank" "dual monitor issues / problems" and see if you come up with any helpful forums

Well pokerstars have finally announced how many FPP's are required for a WSOP main event seat when you have achieved Supernova status.....

700,000

Less than anticipated so no excuses for tank to be absent from the 2007 main event!!

Not that I can make that but does that include a hotel, flights etc or is it just for the buy in to the tourney?

700,000 gets you a WSOP main event package which includes $10,000 buy in to the main event, hotel accomodation (or $1,000 cash) for the duration plus $1,000 real money credited to your pokerstars account which can be used towards travel.

(or if you live in Las Vegas - $10,000 buy in and $2,000 cash for free)
