You'll need a bigger screen, one with a natural resolution of 1600*1200 (mine's 1900*1200)

Big thanks to Snoopy.

Amongst his hard work on the new home page, he has put a version of this thread in the Articles>Diaries section.

It contains just the diary posts for anyone wanting to read an abridged version of this thread.

4,000 STTs in 4 months

I'm now writing a few articles for blondepoker. You can find these in the tankbank aswell as in the tips and advice section.

If anyone fancies stopping by and having a look, it would be greatly appreciated.  Smiley

New content will be added every week!

Just updating now.

A somewhat arduous task, but worth it in the end.

Days 96, 97 and 98 (and 99?) - As you know by now, I ply my trade very late at night. Day 1 was the 1st of January, but being mostly after midnight, was really the 2nd. My "Day" finishes at noon the next morning.

Problems ahead then, as it looks like this thing'll be close. If I complete my 4,000th sit n go after midnight on the 30th, then controversy might ensue. It would "techically" be the 1st of May when I conclude the challenge. Yes I'd still have done 4,000 in 4 months, but it wouldn't really be succinct with the first 4 calendar months of the year. I'll make it clear to you all right now that I'm going to have this pisch done and dusted before midnight on the 30th April as I don't want any mumbles or grumbles. That is my deadline.

Bad news for the RDR then, as a day has gone astray, vanished into the murky gulf of "technicality".
Not to worry, I have a plan.Lips Sealed Lips Sealed (Watch this space)

Day 96, I engaged in sixty seven gritty $55+$5 card contests before staggering through to the bedroom and collapsing, face down, into my pillow. An extra effort on Day 97 put paid to another eighty tournaments. This was so that I could stay up and have a a few beers watching the Grand national. (Glue factory for Hedgehunter methinks, grrrrrr)
I needed to, waking up a little late (4am) on Day 98. Still managed to squeezed in fifty. Day 99 doesn't exist due to the aformentioned anomoly in the space-time continuum.

Day 96, 97, 98 (and 99  Angry ) Results : +$381 (+$13,778.5 total)
ROI : 8.0% (after 2,774 tournaments) T minus 1,226 to go
RDR: 64.5

There's a great thing about playing such a huge volume of sit n gos. In the last few days, I'd describe my "form" as poor, however, the red pen is still firmly in the drawer. Smiley

The ROI has gone down and the RDR has gone up. Next update I'd like the opposite to be true.  Cool
