I can't see any avatar Red, only the blank frame with a red x where it failed to load. It appears that you trying to hotlink it from a MSN webfolder. Many such free webhosting sites (Geocities for instance) prevent such hotlinking of pics. Or it may just be that the source path has changed and you just need to renew it.

Try uploading the pic directly to the blonde messageboard server or use a dedicated pic serving service like photobucket.com like some of the others appear to use.
