Right click on the main toolbar, click customize, then drag the buttons where the hell you like. Pissed me off for at least 1 hour until I found you could do that. Moved the Home button back to where it should be.

Every time I quit out of Firefox I get a "Firefox has crashed" error report.    Re-installed it a couple of times but it is still doing it.

As Rex said you can get it to look exactly like the older version if you want.

One thing you might find is that some add-ons you use are 'not compatible' with 4.0.  Actually, they probably are - but they haven't been tested.  If there's an add-on that you used to use that it's not letting you use with 4.0, you can do this little workaround:

1.  Type:
about:config into the address bar, and hit enter.

2. You'll get some warning (in a typical Firefox style, I think it mentions dragons or something) - click that you're OK with this.

3. Right-click somewhere on the page on a bit of white space, and select "New -> Boolean".

4. In the pop-up box that comes up, type:
extensions.checkCompatibility.4.0
(as the preference name)

5.  Change the boolean value to "false" and then hit OK.

Now you can install any add-ons you want.  Some might make Firefox unstable (but most are perfectly fine).  You have to use this workaround when using any of the Firefox Beta versions too if you still want all your add-ons to work.

Seems to look a lot like chrome to me.

Not loving it but getting used to it.
