WP Jake unbelievable stuff.
About the rail, I think its fine if the opposing players had no problems with it, which they didn't seem to, if they did and complained to the floor then it would have to be curbed a little.

the Brits retalliated with such gems as “We cashed out of Full Tilt!” and “Stand up if you play online!” Ouch.
Genius
Sick lyrics, wp.
Imo, the Brit rail is brilliant for the game. With all the Black Friday stuff going on, Phil Ivey suing Tiltware etc, there really is some serious doubt about the future of the game. Anything to add excitement, more spectators, a buzzing atmosphere has got to be good for poker. When watching the final hand link on youtube, I could barely watch the hand without being distracted by all the chants, so I was wondering how Timoshenko is contemplating a decision worth a few hundred thousand dollars plus all the bracelet equity. If both players don't mind, then I think it's fine. But as soon as either player stressed a concern about it, then obviously I think it is fair game for security and staff to step in and take relevant action.

Can't believe ESPN were paying film extra's $50 and free food to watch their live tables, didn't realize Pat Butcher was such a big poker fan as well.
We got a bit out of hand with the chanting when decisions were being made at the end, but 8 hours of drinking probably didn't help.

sick sick sick support tytytytytyty everybody!
about the rail...
i thought it was an electric atmosphere in both matches and Both Gus and Yevgeniy were both really cool and sporting about it all.. half way through the Timoshenko match the tournament director came over and asked both of us if we were ok and if we wanted some of the crowd to quiet down and/or be ejected and he said no and that he loved it and he was encouraging his rail to be louder.. i dont see how it can be bad for the game, it was all in good spirits and added to the atmosphere.. im sure it will make good TV.
thanks again for the support : )

one hand into the 2-7 final and the announcer says into his mic 'cheering is allowed and is encouraged' so wsop organisers clearly not bothered by the brit rail
