I join a big pot on table 33

flop  two spades

big blind Demetrios Nikolaidis, limp caller Richard Griffiths checks and Richard Pearson bets 5,000, an over-bet of the pot

Nikolaidis c-raises all in and Griffiths calls all in

Back to Pearson. He ponders.

Eventually, in a Hovis Bread meets Geoffrey Boycott voice he says to Nikolaidis

"Will you show if I fold?"

It is pointed out to him that there are two all ins, so he will see anyway. No value in live poker anymore, it sems......

He folds

Nikolaidis flips  two hearts Two Diamonds

Griffiths

No spades on turn or river and Nikolaidis, who may or may not be of Greek extraction, wins a nice pot

when Barry Neville told me he is a "lucky f**** b****** the ****" having won three pots on the trot against Neville

His luck ran out when I watched the table for a bit, flopping Q-J-9 when calling a raise with Q-J he called a shove from A-K Anon, and Anon rivered Broadway with a ten to double up

Neil Giblin wins a nice pot off John perrins with a flopped set of nines, paid off. This comes soon after he knocked out a short stack with A-K v J-J and he now has an above average stack
