Think it'd be cool if Hellmuth had the runs during this not so deep run.

Would be great if Hellmuth had a deep run in this.

the problem is that with only 128 entrants even if he wins he'll only be in the top 0.78% of the field and there's no way that counts

Gatso's right. Even if he wins it's not a deep run in some piss pot buy in.

This one could settle POY as well.  Lamb is currently leading the rankings but an early exit for him (especially before the official 8 handed FT) and a HU finish for Hellmuth might turn it around.  As far as the whole Hellmuth is God/Hellmuth sucks debate.

How good most people say he is<<<<<How good he is<<<<<How good he thinks he is<<<<<How good he says he is

When he wins the poy you will get the clowns saying it's only because he enters so many tourneys. These will be the ones who have played 10 events at the Venetian and most of the cheaper wsop events this month and Put their failure to cash down to variance or if they are lucky they min cashed then plastered it all over facebook that they have a star sPangled banner to go on thier hendonmob. There's an argument that if he comes second in this and ships the POY that will still be miles ahead of any of his other acheivements.  Heck there's a valid argument to say this series has been his greatest achievement as it stands right now.
