If you worked in a shop and somebody was on the phone whilst you were serving them would that piss you off ?
Is it ignorant not to end your call for the five seconds your being served ?
I mean it obv is a tiny bit ignorant but if I was the shopkeeper I'm sure I wouldn't care.

People who refer to others as the clique or collective when it is just a bunch of different people who hold opposing views to themselves.
Clique is not the collective, if ur taking umbridge with the troll comment Doobs. When I say collective, I mean the masses. It is not meant to offend the masses that have the majority opinion. I get pissed off at people calling others trolls for not agreeing with genuine thoughts or comments. Your issue with me suggests you think its ok? Clique, to my interpretation, is the elite, not the masses. A clique being a group within the masses that normally think they are better/know more, than the masses. I also think the word troll is trying to be a lot more offensive to the individual than the broad term clique about a bunch of people. Troll also sounds like a childs word. |

When I queue to get served and then the phone rings when it's my turn and the shopkeeper spends 5 minutes taking the phone order instead of taking mine. |

O2 rang me up at the weekend as my contract was coming to an end. Went through a couple of options that didn't include a new phone, asked them to send me some details of what we discussed.
Emails and texts sent including details: 0
Emails and texts sent asking how they did so that they can improve customer service: 5
Can't help thinking there are better emails they could send to improve customer service.
