Got head hunted by a UK defence company last Tuesday, had an informal interview on Wednesday and job offer on Thursday. Accepted job today and handed notice to current employer today.  Very nice job. I wish Telecomms was still like that  The telecomms job market in the UK used to be very buoyant. Then foreigners started coming over, stealing our jobs. yup thats what it is +1...I always blame the foreigners...They had the bloody nerve to actually make shit work in Telecomms and thereby did us proud British-God Save the Queen-honest-hardworking-"Man I miss Thatcher, she would have sorted them out" out of a feckin' job. |
