Not sure where I stand, if I stand at all so to speak, but think its not right at the very least....

Advice seeked -

I-phone bought through CPW in store signed up to the at the time standard 2yr contract with o2.  This is up for renewal on the 22nd Aug.

Got a missed call from a number i didnt know, so called it back, and was put through to the CPW call centre, so put the phone down knowing what they wanted to discuss the renewal and that could wait!

On the holiday since the 1st call, we recieved no less than 56 calls in 9 days (not including Sundays)

Working out an 8 hr day for each day (Mon-Sat) it works out at they called us every 2 hours for 9 days Straight!!

I want to complain....

Why don't you just speak to them and say you don't want to renew? Pretty sure they will stop calling then..........

they won't stop.  i had same when mine was due for renewal.  i never answer the phone to an unrecognised number, but google confirmed it was CPW who were trying to ring me several times a day.  after a while they tried calling from another number.  went on for about a month i think and had well over 300 missed calls.  v annoying.
