Hi mate, thought id contribute after our chat at UKIPT, and i edited it to 3500 if that makes any difference. i meant more pot, i had a simialr situation where i bet callde but he flips over a set but he didnt have to much left, i guess if it was a higher % of my stack i woulda tanked a bit harder!

bah, anything he calls with bets surely (hes not calling ak here correct?). Prolly c/c river as his calling range to a river cr is likely only AXdd and i hate b/c readless in a soft mtt. Yer im going out on a limb that with your image c/c and lets get a tiny bit out value from his floats that improved turn equity which he'll  now sometimes bluff. Guess if he's sharp he'll realise his AJ has no sd value and might bluff that too.

I took Alex's line and went for the C/C which seems to be the less favoured option in this thread, but is one that on this occasion kept my tourney alive for a short while longer as the villain bet 3800 (85% pot) and i called it off to be shown  .

As im working with Pleno atm i asked him what he thought of the villain's line and he said he thought he played it perfectly and would take the same line in the villains shoes.

Thx for thoughts

yeah i mean, pre is fine, you opened cut off, you should be opening semi wide (you are opening j10..)

flop i hate raising, and folding is out of the question

turn you bet relatively small, sometimes i would fold here if i didnt have the flush draw, but i think its fine to call especially now with NUT flush draw.,

rive, obv betting too, when u bet the turn i actually give you a storngish range because i dont expect u to barrell the 8 too foten as its quite a blank so i think ur going into c/c mode.
