Line Check and River Decision Please

Tourney is Ukipt Edinburgh  level 3 blind 75/150
Villain in hand is Skandi but has not done anything out of hand or showndown any weak holdings either, i would think he perceives me as fairly tight as i dont have the best seating position with him 2 to my left and a good agro scotsman 3 to my right who is opening lots of pots so i have sat fairly tight as been card dead for first 2 levels but also were are in the next 2 tables to break so im happy to grind obv in the early stages.
My stack is 12500
Villain holds 17000

It folds to me in the Hijack and i open to 400 with  and Skandi flats the button with both blinds getting out of the way.
We flop  and i cbet 575 into 1025 which the villain flats again.
My thinking at this point is he is defo capable of floating to see what i do ott but also he is allowed an A as well but im defo prepared to barrell the turn.
The turn improves my hand when the  pops out so i continue as i feel this is the best way of getting to the river cheap enough for my double gutter and lead again for 1150 and the villain flats with little thought.
The river brings the     there is 4475 in the pot
What are your thoughts on hand so far and also best line on river?
Does C/C < B/C < B/F?

Why we betting less on the river against what we've bet other streets ? we've pretty much half pot flop and turn so same again for me.  2100.

Also, why would we B/C or B/F ? what are we now scared of ? Why would we not raise to get it in here ? No Diamond draws from flop have got there surely unless he's got A2dd or floated with KJdd which seems highly unlikely

Doesn't check shoving make it pretty much impossible for anyone with worse to call?  I bet to like 1900-2000 and call it off.  You are massively underrepped at this point and a smaller bet may induce someone to try and get you off your one and two pair type hands.

I will post results later on but having Pm'd BITB he said he actually plays the villains hand exactly the same as well!!!
