Average Chip Stack 35500
Villain has been sat here for 2hours and is definately a capable thinking I/net player as we have spoken during the break and on the table about some situations and some donk play on the table, he handles himself well in pots and does not give away much info and he covers me comfortably with his 75000 to my 43000
Blinds 1000/2000/200
I open UTG with  to 4800 and it folds to his s/b and he makes it 12500

Who Shoves and who Folds?
I spoke to a few regs at DTD and the response was mixed.

Assuming that 'capable thinking' implies he's not getting out of line too often pre-flop then its a clear fold to me.

You're still on or around average chips if you fold, and he's bet 1/6 of his stack from OOP so I don't see him raise/folding here very often assuming that you shove your remaining chips.

I just don't see many hands in his range that you aren't behind or flipping with at best, and you still have time to find a better spot.

3 betting from weakest position on table vs a raise from UTG means I am folding tens for once
