Bolt bet was a joke, although 1-10 looked fair I didn't play lol

Farah was 5-2 for 5000m with hills- no idea if they laid any of it but can't see it now

Had £40 on Robles @ 6/4 and Robles in a £20 double with Jeter also @ 6/4 with Bluesq

My account showed just over £250 profit after they both won then half hour after Robles crossed the line they wiped out the winnings sayin they'd paid me by mistake. My mate had backed the initial silver medalist with Will Hill but they didn't pay him. He rang Hills and they gave him a £25 free bet, I rang Bluesq and they said they'd paid me by mistake and the fact I hadn't pulled the money out straight away was no reason why they should give me a free bet as a sign of good faith and wanting to keep my custom.

Bit of a joke really, not asking to be paid first past the post as that's not their policy but to not even match the Hills customer service after having shown the money in my account is bad form if u ask me.

Well after speaking to a manager and getting a bit of a cheeky/sarcastic response I've decided not to bet with them again! I'm only small fry in terms of sports betting (few hundred wagered over course of this championships) so they can get away with treating me in shoddy fashion. Still can't believe they put money into my account then took it back out and didn't seem to acknowledge how far a small good will gesture would have gone. Instead of slating them off to mates, I'd have said they'd atleast valued my custom after making an unfortunate error.

On the upside, the bet I had straight after on Hills is lookin ok so far.

gl anyone else who's tryin to squeeze out a profit on the Daegu action.

Standard response for this sort of thing.  Doubt it cost much as odds pretty prohibitive for most.

Yeah, they probably only laid something like £500 to win £50. (In loads of £20 bets as they won't lay it for real money Wink ) They could have advertised it before the athletics though "If Bolt doesn't win you get your money back" as this was the only way Bolt wasn't going to piss in. (unless he got injured)

Not at those odds for me, but he's a competitor who performs well on the big stage rather than choking like others do - so definitely in with a shout.

Nailed on medal contender who qual'd in the second fastest time whilst easing up and getting his stride pattern all wrong between the last two hurdles. So its a yes from me, which usually means swerve at all costs!

Pace of race helped her, not being negative but if she had run a mote confident race and gave herself a chance she might have won

50-1 beats 50-1, big forecast
