A good move?

Dav220623 has minimum raised my blind five times in a row. I've folded twice, called twice and taken the pot off him one of these two times. Knowing the small blind is so short-stacked, is this re-raise an acceptable move forcing him to have a biggy or hopefully fold if he thinks he's 50/50 and doesn't want to bubble?

I don't like your re-raise here, he is getting 2 to 1 on the call and will not be that much better off than the short stack if he passes. Unless he has an established history of folding in similar situations. I might flat call and then bet the flop which gets the same result in this case, but will get more folds in the long term. Passing is also an option, you have a chip healthy lead and no need to play 52 to a raise.

I wouldn't have reraised. His stack isn't big enough for you to knock him off any half decent hands, which was proven when he called with his AJ.

Thats actually a decent move in an MTT with a good prize structure. In those events AJ is an easy bubble laydown if you can get to an FT.

The difference here is that this is 4 handed in an STT. He is far less likely to fold AJ here if he any aspirations of winning.
