Dav220623 has minimum raised my blind five times in a row. I've folded twice, called twice and taken the pot off him one of these two times. Knowing the small blind is so short-stacked, is this re-raise an acceptable move forcing him to have a biggy or hopefully fold if he thinks he's 50/50 and doesn't want to bubble?
