Dead for the £120 main pot but very much into the side pot of £402 BOTB looked very concerned as to whether the river was going to bring him either a big stack of cash, or a long boring story. Only a diamond could lose it for him, 5 of them were live. The dealer fiddled with side pots and made change for about a minute, torturing BOTB before finally dealing the river card.....
I can't remember exactly what card did hit the felt on the river........but it sure as hell wasn't a diamond.
