Satellite Spot Easy Call?

15 left     10 seats
Blinds 1500/3000/300 and in 2 minutes it goes 2000/4000/400

Villain is OTB and is massive in chips with around 145k and has shoved 8 hands in a row since knocking out 2 players to get to about 100k.
I am currently 10/15 and have 35k at the start of the hand.
It folds to the button and he types "I Love Richard Blacklock" and shoves again

We have    ,  I have the other table open and between 7-15th place is only about 10-15k in chips

Question i have is - Is this an easy call or is it better to be shoving against certain stacks and winning the blinds once the blinds are through me??

I take this spot particularly with our stack about to go on the precarious side. He's likely to be relentless with his shoving so there won't be any easier ones and 5 places is still some way off the seat.

Call for me, don't see the logic in 'waiting for a better spot'.  Maybe if there were 11 or 12 players left then you'd have a decision to make.

Knowing the general standard of DTD sats I do a fold here.

There's still a long way to go and you can pretty much fold to a seat here.

Note this is DTD sat specific. Pretty much anywhere else it's a fist pump happy days get it in.
