Me and Nicky Evans have a very important bet on, my side being that I think Trigg's 151,000 is the highest ever stack taken into day two of a GUKPT.

Does anyone has the info to confirm either way?

Bet is that the loser has to buy all the other's drinks on a night out. If I'm wrong about my line, I'll be happy to have tricked Nicky into thinking that is an "even money" bet.

Paul Vasnunes wins a big pot against Middy

60,000 in the middle on 7-9-6

turn 8. Middy check UTG and calls Vasnunes bet of 21,000

river 7 check, Vasnunes all in for 50,000. Middy has 50,000 left

Middy Thinks for ages and appears to talk himself out of the call

"I mean, obviously its a bluff. Nice bluff" and folds

Vasnunes the chip leader, well over 100,000

Wi fi problems apologies

Nasty one this

Alistair McLaren 1,450 in the cut off

Vinny Calenti 2,700 in the big blind with QQ

McLaren 7,100

Calenti 5 bet shove for 27,000

McLaren calls from a 40,000 stack with A-3

Wow

Calenti

McLaren   three clubs

board

turn

river

Two Clubs

Calenti is four flushed with the  three clubs to be knocked out as we enter the final level

Several railers come up to me as I am writing this up to ask me if I saw the hand, with incredulous expressions!

So sick, unlucky - off to sleep - go Trigg day two
