I'm thinking 'Baked' would be a good title for the book of this story...

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me i didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life. J Lennon

If you read any photography forums, the Mail are the absolute worst paper for stealing photos. There are many many other examples if you google "daily mail unauthorised photo". If blonde were paying you to update/take photos at the time, then they almost certainly own the rights, I'm afraid. So blonde willl get the money. Going rate is about £120 per photo, and you can get away with trebling that for unauthorised use. Send an invoice for £360, they'll tell you to naff off, and you then take them to small claims court. Where you'll win.
