New Hampshire - is pretty much a maximum bet for me in the 3:15 both win and place. Really sweet on this one.

I need to head back out so will miss the tv coverage of the last race. I am going to have smallish bets on two horses if I can get a big price on them. Both are horses that are tumbling down the handicap and may spring a surprise.
Super Frank & Ghost Dancer are the horses in question.

Like Absa Lutte in 435. Scarlet Rocks and fave may go off too quick and Scarlet Rocks comes from a stable to avoid when they drift.

That one was my fault, sorry Raman. Just denied some room at important parts of the race, when Buick did get space he had to go up the unfavoured stands rail imo. Not sure we'd have won but would certainly have got a place had he been able to get out when he wanted.

I like the chances of Regency Art in the last race at Kempton tonight. Its fairly unexposed and tackling the AW surface for the first time, if it handles the ground then 10/1 looks a really big price. I'm playing e/w.
I am also laying Barcelona tonight for a chunk. I know its not a horse but cba to start a new thread just to say so. I will prob trade the Barca game in running depending on how things go.

I managed to make a small profit on the Barca lay last night after locking up when the game was still 2 - 2. Hopefully that little bit of luck continues today and we can make some profit from the racing. I have quite a few bets on already in the early races and will look to get involved on a few later in the afternoon depending on how things go.
One are two interesting selections I think.
12:20 Uttox: Val Mondo & Swinging Hawk 12:50 Uttox: Laying Golden Chieftain, backing Court By Surprise 1:25: Five Ways. 1:10 Taut: Monturgeon 12:40 Taut: Teshali, laying Dancewiththedevil.

First race was poor Val Monda never got into it and Swinging Hawk was a running on 4th finished with a bit of promise.
1:00 Newb: Celtus - Its not often I'll be on a horse this short, but I just don't see it not winning.

Monturgeon was the nut result if it wins. But unfortunately started to wonder all over the place and had a high head carriage, if not for that I think he keeps on and wins. Definitely one to be on next time. I was on e/w but it still feels like a loss.
Don't retire just yet George, its a bit like Poker. You have to be in for the long haul backing short riced favourites is a fast road to ruin and its not often I'll do it but I did like Celtus. There are 2 opportunities later today I am really, really confident about.
I have had losing runs of + 30 bets in the past and its hellish but I hope that with the way i generally bet I'll find one at a bigger price that will mean that long term our ROI is +.

For people who follow you is it not advisable to post whether you are personally on win or each way when you put the fancy up so it doesnt look like after timing?

Its safe to assume with anything bigger than 5/1 I'm on e/w on > 90% of the time. But I should say if I am betting e/w or not. It is very rare that I will have a big win only bet were there is a chance to break evn or make a smallish profit in the event that things don't go according to plan.
