I agree that if the suits are unknown surprising as that would be, resolving is more difficult. got to find a way to do a run out though or at the very least give miller Jack's raise as his is the last action, assuming dealer took Jack as folding.

Over a 100K pot has got barry Grimes back in the pot.

Jack Ellwood in EP, didnt see how hand played out but Barry in BB again, with jack shite again, catches a flush on river. Gets his last 50K in, Jack tanks for some time and makes the call, mucks his cards.

This is a cut n paste from another forum (can we say AWOP). Blonde were not covering the event last year.

" Bit of controversy here.

Neil Giblin moves all in....Martin Devlin announces all in!!

The dealer then accidentally mucks Martins cards!!!

Zack and Dena discuss a ruling and it's decided that Martin can take his bet back as there is no action behind him. Though Martin does have to put in 8,000 (1 big blind).

What do you think of this ruling??"

This was in the Blackpool main event last year with 17 left. Martin finished 17th anyway as it happens as he ran 1010 into KK straight after.

The dealer reached around me in seat 1 (Martin Devlin) and scooped seat 2's cards. I'd moved all-in with all of my chips and turned around for a brief second, as the dealer scooped seat 2 cards, he took mine and immediately said woaa mate, I've took your cards, it was that fast I didn't even notice. I had to pay 8,000 chips (1 x bb).

Bad that it happened but mistakes do happen. The ruling is hard as there is no way of 100% determining who had what unless they where on their backs, if the cards are face down I think they've made the right ruling. I would then change the dealer.
