5% is $100, playing off 2k, mu for those in from the start is 4k so will get to 6k then divvy profit 50/50 from 6k, but obv anything above 2k would mean your 5% was in profit.

This is so insanely over complicated I can't even be bothered to think about it.

God knows how you're going to work it all out?

So you're saying that Girgy would have a 5% stake of a $2k stake and everyone else has a share in the full $6k stake?

If you win $500 on day one of the new stake do you and Girgy take $12.50 because you should do if this is how you're doing it.

I think you need to get any new investors to buy the MU off the outgoing staker. How much they pay is between them to sort out. I might offer Alex $50 for his $100 for example.

If you don't you're going to get in a huge mess. You need to keep it as a $6k roll with everyone in for the full $6k.

Fwiw if anyone is looking at selling I'll pay 50% to buy up your outstanding MU.

Pretty sure you'll be able to get more from elsewhere but at least this gets the ball rolling.

I was gonna flog it privately but I'll sell for what Matt says if it saves causing hassle and someone is interested in buying.

I've got $200 of M/U so $100 unless I'm as stupid as I feel today?

Then what would you suggest for dealing with new investors ?

Appreciate all your guidance itt will buy you a few beers when next at DTD.

I lol'd @ this:

[6:01:06 PM] Mark Long: your staking thread, is going to be a question on maths degree exams in the future.

Lol. He might not be wrong mate.

You just need them to buy the MU. If they aren't prepared to buy it they don't get in.

How much they pay for it will be determined by simple supply and demand.

If nobody is prepared to pay anything for it then a new investor gets it for free. If somebody is prepared to pay 10% then they move to the front of the queue.

I said 50% just because it's a nice even and I think fair figure.

You've got a list of people who want in. Marky is prepared to sell his share for 50% of it's value so see if the first person on the list is prepared to pay it. If not then move to the next person.

Alex may want more than 50% so it may go further down the list. If he pushes it though he may end up having to give it away for nothing.

You may get people prepared to pay more for it though in which case it would only be fair to let the seller sell to them.

See where I'm coming from?

I think so Smiley

There is no list though, see if there is interest in next couple of days, if not I'll take the 10% myself.
