Unlike the New Orleans Saints (who were never gonna cover the spread against the 49ers last night), Sir Donksalot is looking like running away with this thanks to his high-octane offense.
Another 10pts from Jim McBink gives him a three touchdown cushion at the top, although yesterday was also a good one for Fallenangel, with McBinkage and McPopeage easing her above a couple of old nits and into second.

Last night's results
1 Shaun Potton £610
2 Thi Phan £450
3 Francis Hepburn £310
4 Samuel Miles £180
5 Thomas James Williams £140
6 Hayley Smith £110

What is actually on at the G today? (apart from the fiver rebuy?)

Has it changed from; 10k chips + 30 min clock. Starts: 6pm?

The G webshite is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo topical, it's poker schedule goes right up to Boxing Day 2011.

The sterling work of the poker room staff get's undermined - yet again - by the Grosvenor's shambolic (sh) IT farceroids.

if only you had been in the casino yesterday and they had a printout of the Jan schedule on the desk where you bought in for the comp. these G webiste issues must be a new thing.

The who, and the what?

Are you referring to that American 'game'    .....       rugby for pussies?

NFL? Yeah, hardest game in the world.

I did some training with the Cambridge Cats about ten years ago but never actually played a match. Training was hard enough.

So I end up on the offensive line facing some seven-foot beardy neanderthal called 'Spook' who used to be on the San Francisco 49ers practise squad or some such. That sure ended well.

Pfffffffffffffffffffffffff - the only sports that need crash helmets and swaddling are cricket, F1, and MotoGP.

Years ago the London Monarchs squad used to train - and drink in the Red Lion - in Bushey.

When challenged by the local Rugger Buggers to a 'round of each' for charity   ....     the big 'hard' Yanks would only play the American pansy version - because, "sheeeeeeeeeeeeet you guys don't wear body armour in that crazeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee rugby".

Naturally, they were the laughing stock of SW Herts during thier very brief stint as 'Champions of Europe'    .....   before they folded!

I assume your interest on NFL stems from your desire to perfect bodyslams on the Baltic hostage      .......      should he attempt to free himself from the 'Fenland Fun Palace'.

Yup - phoned up earlier, it started with 10 on 2 tables.

It could be a good comp (eventually) once players actually know it exists!

Around 35 each for the £5 rebuy and the 8pm £50er but just the seventeen for the 4pm £75er. Results not really of much interest tbh, with Andy Daffodil the only point scorer, finishing second in the evening jobbie.
