when he knocked out 2 players on the first orbit he said they were the 6th and 7th flips he had won in a row this tourney
this makes it a more of a fold imo.

tbh i think vs linton with no history you're always flipping with tt...really dont think hes going to take marginal spots vs unknowns with a 3bet overshove of 30+bbs effective. He has an edge over the field left so i really dont see him taking this line with a hand other than ak maybe aqs :s. I think its a pretty bad line taken by him nevertheless...Imo, if you think its close for a call then i just fold, however if i think its a close spot in shoving i always take the aggressive route.
I think too many people are relating to this spot in their own shoes which doesnt make too much sense...If you're as aggro as me then you can never ever fold this, n if your a nit that is only opening top 5% ranges then its a clear fold. It really depends on how you're perceived vs the villian.
However looking info you've given me, i can see 99+ aqs...we do horribly vs this range but I see his range being capped to JJ, if we can pretty much assume this then we're basically taking a huge flip vs that range but with dead money giving us a decent amount of extra edge.
p.s its better to avoid the marginal spots that you're not sure about if you think you're gaining chips in alot of other spots, so if linton was running over your table taking all the spots then GL with TT.

Absolute fistpump snap. Tall anon can show up with the 95s here pretty easily, but even without the crazy aggro opponent, against anyone competant its still a call.

he really is No he isn't!! He may have been a year or two ago but the spew's gone out of his game. The only hands he shows up with here that we crush are smaller pairs and I think there's only 88 or 99 that I'd include in that. A year ago against Pete I would 100% say that this was a fist pump snap as his range would be huge. This simply isn't the case any more. Pete has adjusted his game, we have to adjust to suit. Fwiw I don't think a call is bad at all. Our hand is strong enough to get the lot in obviously. I think it's much more marginal than some people are making out though which is why I said I don;t mind a fold. I also don't mind a call but it's close. It's definitely not a jump around the club call.

Matt this is spot on:
'He may have been a year or two ago but the spew's gone out of his game.'
And I think I know pete's game better than anyone.
Btw. BLESS HIM
