For it to be a raise, player 1 would either have had to state raise or thrown in 465 or more (ie the bet +50%)

A raise must be a minimum of double the last bet ie £310 in this case.

Pretty open and shut imo. Only thing is you cant make aggressive action. So if you do have the nuts, you have to flat. At which point I give you a penalty for flatting with the nuts. (Im a nice guy )

Out of interest JK what penalty can you give in a cash game, besides kicking some one out ?

IMO an exposed hand should NEVER be dead. There's just no reason for it.

You can give people penalties away from the table or ask them to leave. Apart from that, its very difficult.
