So if you have any vested interest in a player you can play accordingly? Sounds a bit dodge to me

if Franky's only objective is to "KEEP JACK IN THE COMP" then its pretty dodgy imo, defo against the spirit.

If he decides purely from an equity point of view, that taking this all-in is bad for him, taking into consideration the fact he has financial interest in Jack and makes a non-standard decision on the basis of that then I cant see any problem with that.

There is no way this can be collusive because Jack has no idea what franky is doing.

Mark Chantler opens to 45,000

Terry Plummer calls on the button

Cody and Bradpiece call in the blinds

checked to Plummer, he bets 80,000

Bradpiece the only caller

Bradpiece check calls 160,000

Bradpiece leads 150,000 Plummer shove and call

Bradpiece  has a fortunate chop against Plummer  three diamonds

This.... i remember chinese James folding AA faceup on the bubble to Flip Flops raise. after much  arguing James got a months ban for collusion (although you need two to collude) and flip flop got nothing because he had no idea why James would fold

Frankie button raised

Matt 3 bet shoved a shortish stack

call

Completely different situation to a big stack open, a shove and look down at Jacks. Frankie (and others) said in the break it was a perfectly understandable fold
