They are organising an APPT in Manila next year and they clearly have it organised, but are being tight lipped about it as they won't give me any dates or anything.

Anyone know someone who might be at least be able to find out the dates for me? Would seriously help me out so I can book a flight as prices are going up fast.

Maybe try contacting Pavillion Hotel direct to see if they are holding the event again?

ya correct, he went from Blue Square to the Vic anyway and then moved to Stars maybe a little over a year ago?
