Just had olives and feta cheese (yummy) and half a packet of biscuits.  have a gig tonight and I am stressing about it = blind panic and food binge. I know I won't want to eat now again until afterwards - this is bizarre - never realised how emotionally I ate until now. feel like I've let myself down but it was like an insatiable craving. So re focus and start again - I will suceed.

Tuna crunch and granola yogurt ain't too bad at all tbh. Pizza slice was incred though, didn't know wether to fuck it or eat it.

I'd give that tomato sauce a few minutes to cool down first imo.

Currently feeling quite confident ahead of my final weigh-in, the challenge is to lose 2 1/4lbs and thus far this week I have eaten way under my calorie targets and exercised every day. I've had a kitkat every evening to stop myself from going insane.

Probably was a good thing I got the dates wrong, as this will hopefully make my stag do next weekend all the more fun.

Don't fkin worry about it, I had a bad week while Cheltenham was on and just wa ate whatever mum was cooking rather than make her cook twice. Add on to that several takeaways, a truckload of Kinder Eggs and it was a shocking week which saw me weigh in at 1/2 stone heavier than when I went to Clacton Cheesy

Most of it was water weight obviously but I no doubt put on a couple lbs due to the mountain of dirty carbs. I'll weigh myself tomorrow for a truer reading as I've been clean all week and should have settled down to my natural weight.

Made a schoolboy error today had to book my pt at 10.30am and he killed my legs with a kettle bell workout so had jelly legs and couldn't perform on the treadmill. Still managed 3.2km so not a bad workout really.

Going paintballing tomorrow morning followed by a session on the ale round Doncaster so hoping not too much damage before final weigh in on Monday.

so this week I've been unbelievably strict on the food intake and have managed an hour of exercise everyday too.  I'm hoping to have one of my best weeks since the first few weeks.

Target 220.5

actual weight  219.5

so i made my weight for the first part of the challenge.

 i make June 17Th 12 weeks

i am now going to keep this weight off for at least that time, the way i have done this is so i can achieve this weight permanently.

good luck on weigh ins for the rest of you.
