Really don't agree with what some of you guys are doing!
You could all eat some pretty lovely sensible meals, do 30 mins exercise a day and piss 2lb a week at your weights.

I'm looking forward to all the panic dieting, laxatives, exercising with bin bags on a Saturday nights to make weight for Sunday morning. Gonna be incred scenes come Sunday.
There is no big panic, we don't have to lose 2lb each and every week just what we have agreed over the time frame. That said it would piss poor if people didn't meet or exceed their targets for the first 3-4 weeks at least. That would show total lack of any commitment and I look forward to some charities getting paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaid. Sigh. i think a weekly drop of 2lbs minimum, having to post proof would have been good fun.

Hence the reason for the 12 week target, personally I'm focussing on my own 3lb per week target. You deffo need a personal weekly target whether its 2 lbs or more than that. Your more likely to succeed if you give yourself lots of short term targets and focus on those.

Just checked how many calories are in my normal nandos meal <1000... Pretty pleased, was expecting more.
As a reward every Sunday I hit my 1kg target the following Thursday I'm going to have a nandos! Don't hit plan... No nandos...

Think some of the chaps should consider joining weight watchers or doing some research on healthy eating as whilst you intentions are good starving yourselves is unsustainable.
On a diet you shouldn't feel hungry all the time. You just need to eat better with a balanced diet and it will fall off!!

LOL stop even thinking about pizza's and shit like that. I just had a chicken breast with some veg, lovely it was too and only 500 calories Had porridge with golden syrup for breakfast for about 150 calories. Will have something nice later for tea with 4-600 calories, yum yum

How can Dominos be your favourite meal!!!!!! Large mighty meaty is actual fav. Used to be spagbol but i ate it too much, don't like potatoes or much veg really, so a lot of traditional English meals that normal people like are out, not a fan of spicy foods, my palette defo leans towards Italian cuisine and the pizza is king. Like Steak, Pies, pasta and a lot of fish dishes also had a fair bit of posh nosh in my time but still nothing comes close to the taste of a dominos! Even had pizza in a few places in Italy and it was below par. One place called PJs in Augusta came close but it wasn't too be. Whats your fav?

The things some of you guys are doing is bordering on insanity.
It's no wonder you struggle to maintain reasonable weights when everything is so extreme.
Take it easy. You don't have to starve, just moderate.

Having a food goal isn't a good idea..... Don't reward yourself with a whole gateaux, put the Saturday night takeway budget in a tin and reward yourself when you hit target with a trip/show/new TV/whatever.

What about all the other nights? In all seriousness, done this already. Unfortunately the money isn't going to any rewards for me. [3D Tv one time] Going to nappies and clothes etc as there is gonna be a mini Milligan terrorising the UK in about 6months time. £40 already. Not too shabs.

Tin of chicken soup and two slices of 50/50 bread.

In this case a far better reward would be the thought of bringing up a child to be fit and healthy. If you're unhealthy I'm afraid your kid will be as well. As an added bonus if you maintain a reasonably healthy life you'll hopefully get to spend a few more years with him/her as he/she grows older.
