Sighs, getting called out. Sad

Making an extra special effort for first 3 weeks of November as it is, then got a few days away where I will be splurging, then 3 weeks solid being good as from 21st onwards I will smash the naughty grub. Could do with a bink as would snap get the lippo, so much easier.

Had to go to docs for regular check up so have been good and down to 17st 5lbs on his scales (mine say 17 Cool only thing was felt the choc need straight after seeing him and succumbed sigh.

Was so hoping to get down to 17 by end on Oct so thats gone now but after this weekend (small binge on Saturday) back on track and aim to remove at least 7lbs by mid November.

Must admit the bad things like biscuits for snacks is doing this but also due to work havnt been able to have good long walks with dog which is my only excercise.

Hope you other thin challengers can get motivated - lets do it for health and of course appearance.

So today I am 15 stone and 4 pounds. My target is to be 12 and a half stone by December 24th 2013. If I do not reach this target I will give £250 to charity.

massive fail on this unless a leg happens to fall off before xmas, so seems like a good idea to settle up early. £250 sent to the DEC Philippines appeal.

Current Weight - 14 stone 3lbs.

Target weight 12 stone 7lbs.

Loss required = 1 stone 10lbs, which is 24 lbs.

Target date?

30th October.

Off we bloody well go again.

Forgot about this thread.

I got down to 12st 7lbs, the target, losing 1st 10lbs, but missed the target date by 5 days.

Decided to carry on for a while, to give me some slack for when I get back to bad, & binge, eating.

Had no probs with the diet, enjoyed it in fact, though it cost me a fortune in fresh fruit, offset a bit by not having to buy lorry loads of Rennies & Nurofen.

Here's to the next one, see you all again in February.

May join in a little with this been on a bit of a weight loss mission for a year now trying to make lifestyle changes and not crash diet and have lost about 20KG in the last year. I rekon i have about another 20-30 to go before im at my optimal weight. Im hoping that i can do that by this time next year. Slow and steady as i said, im going to be having a prop bet at somepoint with my flat mate so when i get round to it i will post some details about that and how im "getting fitter and healthier"

Ive joined the gym and been going 3/4 times a week. Feel really good ran 10Km last night and feel fine today. My flatmate has still not been the gym despite joining up 2 weeks ago so if we had have bet i would have crushed him. Ive lost a little bit of weight since joining the gym but overll just feeling better. Trying to lose half a stone in december. Dont normally do this but i seem to work well towards a goal!

Yep, know what you mean. I defo have not put in the work this year. Currently around my weight at the start of the original challenge a couple of years ago.

I am doing a half marathon at the start of March. Probs ridiculous with the limited timescale but I need a difficult target to aim at

Are we planning on doing things different this time ?

I've been a human dustbin for the 2nd half of this year...

I was ok for the first 6 months, and was still weighing around 15stone when I got back from Vegas in July. However, our kitchen was out of action for the first month or so when we moved house at the end of July, and that was all the excuse required to start speed dialling takeaways every night.

I'm ~17stone at the moment, and it's a pretty horrendous 17stone, because I haven't been doing any training at all. I've been bashing a few of Sid's juices, but that's not much good alongside a large Carolina and a King Prawn Dhansak!

Definitely in again, and hopefully more successful than last year!
