Anyone got recommendation for good digital camera, person probably bit clueless with regards to photography etc so beginner one/ ease of use super important

Markets absolutely flooded atm, some good stuff out there for not much money. This looks a fun thing but i'm no expert.

Budget?  Other than 'ease-of-use' what other considerations (size, ability to change lenses, etc.) do you have?

You can really spend what you want on cameras, just not much point if your never going to get the full use out of them.

Just go for something that looks good with loads of mp's  Cheesy

I would recommend pretty much any Panasonic and just spend what you like.

The wife has got one of these and abso loves it. She did have canon 500 but carrying it round becomes a pain and this does almost as good a job. I'm the stupid one when it comes to taking photos but i do quite well with it as well.

Sian had one of these Dave, absolute nuts. I'd imagine the 19 and 20 give a bit more - but youll struggle to get better non SLR. Tad bulkier than some of the compacts
