I have to take my hat of to Robert HM
Organising the heads up with that unruly lot was harder than organising a farting contest in a sandstorm, but, with immense patience and good humour he got the job done
Kudos
Thanks for that, it was difficult but worth it as it seemed to be enjoyed by those who played.

First time that I had been to a live poker event, bit apprehensive at first but was soon made welcome by all.
Great to meet everybody and put faces to names, Red Dog, Mrs Red Dog, The Nun, Mr Nun, Ironside, Snoopy,Tikay(beat me up on the heads up),Tightend, Robert, The Tank, my old internet mate Dewi and many many more. You are all true class cant wait to meet you all again, once again thanks for a geat evening.

Just remembered one too....
Tight End stacking the deck for the first hand of my HU match with Snoopy. Fortunately I was the one who got the AA vs KK so I did win the hand that never was!

I rigged the deck and watched both players closely. Snoopy's face betrayed the hint of a smile. Sheriff kept a poker face
Pre flop Sheriff flat called Snoopy's re-raise with AA
All the money went in after hollywood dwells on a rag flop.
I then spilt the beans
The relief exhaled from Snoopy's mouth blew out the fire at the far end bar area!

playing on same table as red dog and colchester kev was a pleasure, such amusing guys.
great memory of mrs red dog's fantastic timeing asking red for money for a drink just as he was trying to concentrate on whether to call a all in reraise on the flop. mugged from all angles lol
i must apologise for my friend lightbreeze who turned up in a kilt who cas more scotch in his glass than he has in his body...... but it seemed to give everyone a laugh.
my son rookieitb sitting down to begin with action jack 2 seats away
AJ " hello i know that name dont you play on ladbrokes?"
rookie "yes i do and who are you ?"
lol cheeky bugger but then he is only 18!
unfortunatly a few hands in on a board of

My fav moment was when myself, Tikay, Robert, and Iron were making our way to the casino ... Iron went the slope way down the subway... we all took the steps.. we were chatting away quite happily and had got to the top of the subway when we heard .."OY you lot helppppp" ............ while chatting we had completely forgotten about Iron waiting at the bottom of the steep subway for a push

Walking into the casino and over to the poker area, I felt so nervous, but then got speaking to Tank who had just been knocked out, then Tikay, after that I felt fine!
***********************************************************************
Hearing SOPHIIIIE being shouted at me by Dave just as I arrived
***********************************************************************
Playing a sit'n'go with Tank on my table, and lasted longer than he did!
***********************************************************************
Seeing the face of some woman on electronic roulette when Dave was shouting to people at the bar - she didn't look pleased!
***********************************************************************
Meeting Robert HM!
***********************************************************************
Being knocked out of a sit'n'go by Skippyskip... and I thought he was a nice guy lol!
***********************************************************************
and finally.. Playing a 6 seater sit and go with Leon, Paradise Rod, Dave, Skippy and Mr F! Mr F and Dave were stinking drunk, Skippy was always all-in and hoping he didn't have to go back to his horrible hotel!
***********************************************************************
Me and Leon getting stuck in the carpark... LOL

not finding out the name of the attractive lady sat in seat 10 of table 2 (i think - the one with Rod Paradise, Charmaine and Dave) and thanking her for making the view of the tournament arena a lot more pleasurable from the "losers enclosure" down near the bar.
i'll make sure i find out at the next blonde bash
