ESTA a minimum of 72 hours before you go. Don't go to one of these paid-for sites for them to fill it in.. it's about as easy a form as there is. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/Non-negotiable. Costs £12 or £14 or somesuch and then valid for a couple of years. |

Yup, just becasue Mandalay Bay is dead on Tuesday, don't assume it won't be the best game you ever played in Thursday. Simple rule of thumb, if it is a great game, stay in it. If it is a bad game, switch tables, or failing that, go to the next cardroom. Somewhere in Vegas, there is a juicy 1/2 game. The hard work is finding it.
