Pretty sure it's somewhere in Thailand.

Why would they scrap it? Whenever I went to Mint Casino Southend as soon as they opened the craps table it was like flies around shit, you couldn't move for people standing around chucking their money away.

I thought that it was the game in which the house had the smallest edge too?

Yup, most fun too IMO.  On the small craps table in gala notts if you bet on the 4 or 10 there is no house edge either, well that was the case last rime I went in which is admittedly 18 months ago or so.

Betting the pass line and taking multiple odds behind, you can get the edge down pretty low.  But that's not fun.  Parlaying the hopping hard 8 is more fun, but the edge in that is considerably more.
