Had never seen it before you put it up Glen but love it too, obv my home town, however especially as the flats featured on main pic and from 2:21 is where Mrs Geo was brought up. Cables Wynd House in Leith, affectionately known as the "Banana flats."  Viewed from the air they are shaped like a banana.

Wow, small world.

My great aunt Mary lived right in the centre of Edinburgh so have always had a fondness for the place and the video captures it pretty well.

Mark E Smith had some short spells in the US but the only place he ever lived and said he loved, outside his native Prestwich, was Edinburgh. So the song and video are a pretty good homage I think
