Feeling a little tired so I will likely be calling the hotel I went to last time..

See if I can get a room for £60 again.. Then play a session tomorrow and see how we are...

I said include the two pair combos.

That was my biggest worry.. The fact that vs the two pair combos im good for the lot.

Ks5s

39.147%

66-44,87s,65s,54s,8c7d,8c7h,8c7s,8d7h,8d7s,8h7s,6c5d,6c5h,6c5s,6d5h,6d5s,6h5s,5c4d,5c4h,5c4s,5d4h,5d4s,5h4s

60.483%

Including the connected 2-pair combos (assuming she raises 50% of the offsuit part of the range... and never has 32) You have 39.15% vs that range... if lilD says you need 44%, doesnt seem unreasonable to include just a couple of other hands she certainly could have and even a tiny non-0 % of times she bet-folds or someone else coming along with an inferior draw/just any hand to get in 3-way and its profitable to shove.

I've been away for a month and John Black has turned into the biggest nit of all time. Just browsed the last few pages and I'm under the impression your confidence is pretty low - I can relate to that - but folding K5ss there might be the worst thing I've seen you do.

You've been improving at a terrifying rate Mr Black, I'd hate to see the wheels come off on the back of a few bad sessions. Think you need to slow down pre for a bit and let loose post. Right now you seem to be playing loose aggressive passive, and nobody ever won a dime playing like that.

Chin up mate, can't wait to read the whole TR an how you took home a bag of sand for christmas, not a bag of coal. Smiley

This, atm your theory >>>>>> performance and soft skills

I was the exact same, probs both spent months going ballistic, but now my performance is 5x a year ago and 1000000x two years ago. Still believe we will both get there!

Semi smashed posting tonight, didnt mean to be too harsh earlier. skype soooooon x

Got a room close by for £75, that'll do. Get 7hours kip and back on it..

Consideiring I missed the over flushes and got underflushed twice I think I've played really well.
Pretty lose pre in lots of spots, but cf so many boards its insane and when I found dem KK's two guys had tp. Cheesy

More of the same, make it a 1k wkend. Cheesy

Well im going back tomorrow..

I asked the older guy who lead the river when we folded the flush about the hand an hour later and he instantly said "yeah, I had the 99 full house, good fold, youre the only player here i respect..."

I thanked him and with that recollection im 100% happy with the fold.

Not sure there were many/ any spots i could've played differently.. I dont think an aggro preflop game would've worked for that table.  Last week i was very aggro pre on a table i thought warranted it.

Feel like im adjusting much better than before.. Clearly not perfect yet tho. ;-)

Got to the hotel and i think the guy was asleep under the desk.. He seemed out of his mind tired..

Gave me the room key, WiFi psword and i paid him the bills.

Sleep time.

You're at the Vic right? I'm in London at the moment so might pop down later. As much fun as it is reading it on here nothing quite beats being there in person
