No word from pat, but got some homework from 'justinsayne' so got that done and now grinding stars zoom 25nl on my own monies I had in there.

Currently winning a little... playing pretty solid and getting used to zoooom.

oh yah, hadn't realised/ thought that would be why he's in Newc.

I haven't played much live recently fella, not rolled for it... and the one guy who offered a look at a live deal didn't come back to me.

Have a 500 and a 150 ticket, so will be using them when I can, but i come back from work on Monday 3rd.. so Unless Nicola wants to give me a day 3 pass I guess I'll miss this one.

Played a little stars zoom and did ok when I reminded myself that its 25nl and that I shouldn't be bluffing very often.

Met someone who like me decided to take off with  by 3bt pre and bomb, bomb, bomb... #wpsir

Got my stars sorted for HEM so I can track it properly, but I've messaged pleno and think he's busy atm.  Got some serious fantasies of what and how I could grind properly if i decide to take my annual leave in one big chunk at years end (got an email from someone at work mentioning how much leave I have left - sigh @ not rolled to play through it).

As I did with the WSOP ME DTD event... it looks like I'm coming home 2 days too late to play the DTD500 event which sucks so hard.  Last time I played one of these puppies I came 11th to G2L and stato, #getmebackinthefgame


Other than that had a few weird dreams last few nights, super vivid and very different to anything I've ever had before.

Unfortunately due to a miscommunication with Charlene we ended up waiting for each other at the wrong place tonight in order to go to a classical concert.  There was a pianist, tenor and someone else performing a selection of "beethoven, liszt, grieg and more..." - would have been super cultural and sexy and almost pfapb stylee... but I left work earlier than she thought and we ended up missing each othe.  With me waiting for her outside the church and she waiting for me at my work.
Siggghhhhhh......

Now back at hotel and chilling with 'Breaking Bad' Season 1 Episode 1 as I'm told its good and I have 3 seasons to explore.

Good luck to the Corona's on the way, but food wise I'm feeling a little sad and overweight.. want to find a way to control myself when it comes to food and to be sensible enough for me to lose weight 'naturally' so that I can keep it off and get healthy in a 'normal' way.  Kinda sickening sometimes when I see how some of my clothes don't fit right like they used to.


Anyways.. back to the 'meth labs' and Charlene's steak and my Corona's.

After reading your 'homework' I really wish you could play as good as you talk.

Yeh there are 1-2 hands that are sub optimal (bit weak tight) but overall you are thinking about the game well.

Im sure there is just a constant battle between the angel and devil on your shoulder. The angel being the TAG and the devil being the spewtard. It seems you have grown quite fond of the devil

Keep studying and I recommend doing this exercise as often as possible and I am confident you will be winning and on your way through the stakes.

In the early days I would read hand histories on forums all day long and post as often as possible, any time I wasn't playing I was watching a video or sweating the one and only Alex Martin (hence why I am a massive spewtard today). To make it in this game you have to live and breath poker. Those that don't will simply fall behind. I feel I am a working example of this as I don't study any where close to as much as I used to and my edge in the games has diminished as a result.

TLDR: Get studying young Padawan

I'm glad you like my thought processes and yes you're right its a battle between my knowledge and my personality.. it's the biggest thing I've had to overcome/ overhaul.

I study as much/ more than any amateur I know and more than most professionals, however like a child I don't listen too well and it takes me longer than it should to assimilate and act on information I receive (i try and take just one or two things from every 30min video i watch...).

nothing special, but i work for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and we've been told for security to keep our locations to an 'as after' affect.
