Imhoff was in a 4 way dead heat, 5 places paid for 3rd in rugby world cup top scorer at 200-1 for us

£191 returned for £10 staked

Whoop! I'll take it. Was my first and only max bet on paddy power. Sadly that was £7.07 ew

We even got a bit unlucky really. Disallowed try against Namibia and injury in SF. Oh well.

Q2 is on-going at the moment.

It looks like the high altitude has actually closed everyone up, it's so close! The qualifying winning margin bet will probably be a loser - I got it very wrong. Apologies!  Sad

Another win for Roma tonight, that's 5 on the bounce now and still sees them top by 2 points. All their rivals (Inter, Napoli, Fiorentina) won, but Lazio did get beat to leave them off the pace a little bit.

Juventus beaten again, that's now 4 defeats from 10, but they have only let in 9 goals for the 3rd best defensive record in the league. Trail Roma by 11 points already. I thought they'd struggle to replicate running away with the league like last season after losing 3 key players in the summer, but I wasn't anticipating a Chelsea esque collapse. I also wasn't anticipating Gervinho to be a goal machine for Roma Wink

Hi Plumpo,

Thanks for the update. This is going pretty well, it seems. Let's hope it remains so.

If you follow Italian football, as you do (ditto maldini32), did you see the report about the 16 year old goalkeeper who made his debut this week for AC Milan? 16, strewth.

Gianluigi Rommadunna, proper Italian name that.

Just 16, so he's not even shaving yet, won't have kissed a girl or even had his first grope, & he's playing for A C Milan. Unbelievable Jeff.

Some of us are 28 and not even doing these things!

Roma away at Inter in a few minutes, big test for them tonight. Expect nothing less than a Gervinho hat trick. Clearly he was stunted at Arsenal Wink

Yes. Plus, if either Jeremy or Carol is against Kirsty, they'll be gone. Surely they can't both avoid the dance off?

Think Jeremy is probably safe.  Can't see him getting less votes than kirsty.

31/10 Stoke at home to Chelsea next week on BetVictor of any interest?
I can't imagine it'll go off at that price, so a good trading spot if nothing else.

Gervinho and Roma let us down, slumping to a 1-0 defeat in Milan and also having a player sent off again. Jovetic (remember him?) assisted ex Cardiff player Medel (remember him?) for the winner.

Think that might be the first be Roma's first blank of the season, having netter 25 goals in the first 10 games. Inter had only conceded 7 in 10 games so something had to give. Down to 2nd now, behind Inter.

update on aberdeen bets

1 point out of 18 is relegation form but we lie 3rd in league 1 point behind hearts and 7 behind celtic
we play dundee utd next week in a new firm derby, utd struggling this season so we need to get a win to get back on track

in the top scorers market rooney gets a start again this week and a goal to go with it but should of had atleast 2
starting to look like we need to drum up some interest to get a championship interested in buying griffiths as he is now first name on team sheet for the celts

Top Scorers

11Griffiths(Celtic)9MacLean(St Johnstone)8Rooney(Aberdeen)7Boyce(Ross County)7Delgado Lloria(Hearts)
