Worse ideas than just backing the big six EW for the Masters next week?

The green rofflers are a fifth the odds seven places. Be surprised if three of the sextet don't make the frame and one of them doesn't win it.

We all know the score round Augusta. Distance off the tee and course form all important, and forget anyone that doesn't fit the trends?

5 places everywhere else

will we see 6+ generally from the marketing departments next Wednesday?

happy to place the lot speith, day, rory, bubba, dustin, scott etc or any other ideas in outrights or sub-markets for a portfolio but thinking waiting for offers might be sensible?

I would say that's likely, yes.

6 certainly won't be the max places available.

I would be amazed if anyone goes above 6 places.  6 places in the Masters is suicide for firms.  7 would just be stupid.  Half the field in the masters can't win.  It is a totally different ew heat than the open or us open field wise.

Bf sportsbook offered 7 places last year.  Suspect it was only available to people who couldn't spell their own names, and even they got one percented a couple of hours later.

Who are the Big 6?

I would say Top 4 we would agree on, other 2 rather moot.

Of the names in the mix probably only those involved in Houston this week are likely to change much before the final few days Offers kick in.

Yes but bfsb went top 7 and limited it to £25 on your first bet as well so effectively for any punter who likes a real bet and wants a portfolio you are not getting 7 places.  As most offers are, they are mythical to mythical stakes.

Doubt you'll get 8 places. Agree with Chomps, back those six ew and you'll end up in profit. As so many of the top players are in great form, and the second tier are mainly out of former, there's only about 20 guys who can win and I very much doubt we get anyone at 100/1 makes the frame.

The reason that'd surprise is that I saw a Twitter conversation with John Rhodes a year (or two back) where he talked about the ew terms for the market and was saying he doubted any firms would go seven due to the nature of the market. Presume he's still at Sky? For them to go to 8 would certainly be juicy but assume they'd duck the top of the market completely.

So I presume you are saying the top six, as per the betting are

Rory
Jordan
Jason
Bubba
Ricky
Adam?
