Ella is pretty much a certainty right? Can see nothing getting anywhere near her
Can they just sack it off now and put something else on on Saturdays?

Shearer says on MotD ban Ashley Cole from England's World Cup qualifier v San Marino - a decision made even easier by Baines display today, the thread hopes
Shearer telling FA what to do. Obviously cant remember when he told FA he wont play for Eng if they punish him for incident with Neil Lennon
from twitter made me chuckle

We'll probably not scoop, but I'd like to see him play anyway!

The fact that Kieran Gibbs went off after 55 mins. with a niggle won't hurt fred's cause.

Along with referring to him as "Cazola" and forgetting Giroud's CL goal in commentary too.

Nearly as bad as one of them asking another media pundit if Dortmund have a big following, I don't think many of the English media watch any Football outside of England.

the premier league is enough to dazzle the motd pundits
keown calling clint hill clinton was tonights highlight
still a long way to go to top alan shearer saying "not sure were they found this ben arfa from but he looks a promising player"

if anybody is not aware the ground at longchamp tommorow will be heavy heavy in places
was heavy today and has rained pretty much all day there
i think the 33-1 (40-1) with skybet on KESAMPOUR is a sporting eway bet absolutley revels in unraceable ground and isnt quite as exposed as some of these
think it will start around 16-1 on the pmu which would be about right
one of my favourite races to watch is the abbaye surely this is a record of sorts? 15 of the 17 runners are from not the country of the track quite amazing
My foreign racing man likes Kesampour aswell.
He also likes Yellow and Green which was a real eye catcher last time out (the eventual fourth):

Good morning.
The Michael Van Gerwen darts bet.
I'm afraid I kept missing that, even though I seem to recall that is was bumped several times.
He is now 50/1 with Betfred.
1) Is this still a worthwhile bet?
2) Win, or each way? EW terms are "half, 1,2".
I have taken a tenner for myself, & if we agree it is still a bet, I'll transfer it across to the Fred account today.
Also, do we know who the original author of the proposal was, as I need to assign it to someone if we take it?

Daily Report as @ 0900, Saturday October 7th
We made a loss of £70 yesterday.
We had no less than 6 bets which completed, & lost, though only for small money.
Cabrero-Bello (Golf), £10 loss
Watford (football) £50 loss
Gillingham (football) £25 loss
Bury (football) £20 loss
Portsmouth (football) £10 loss
Norwich (football) £5 loss
We also had one winner….
Rangers (football) £50 profit, down to AceHighSuited.
To rub salt into the wound, the same chap also gave us Morton @ 3/1, which won easily, but I both missed the price & ran out of time (it was put up quite late).
Overall, just one of those days I think, they happen, & we try to find value. It’s a thin line.
Of more interest, perhaps, was this squeeze business.
After it was mentioned by hector, reds, Bobby1 & myself all fessed up to doing the same thing, with variations. Daftest thing ever!
Who else does it?

What's coming up?
Today, we already have.....
Newcastle - Man Utd OVER 2.5 goals, £50 @ 4/5
Southampton to beat Fulham, £50 @ 17/10.
Get those two home & we've had a decent weekend.
We also have the T20WC Final, where we have some bits & pieces, plus any bet we have on the game itself.
The Arc de Triomphe, & maybe the Prix Abbaye too.
And tonight, NFL, so far we are only on Eagles @ Steelers, UNDER 44 poiints.
Keep the value opportunities coming please.

Please put up today's recommends as early as possible if you want them on the Fred account, as I'll not be online for much of the day. I have to drive up to Nottingham today (3 hours), play a little poker, then drive back again, so the earlier the better for your bets please.
I can place bets during the poker, via the ippy, but not with all bookies, due to restrictions on ippy use. I won't be able to C & P to "proof" the bets either.
