Thanks Sandy, & welcome to the scoreboard, Silo!
Meanwhile, Barnet slugged out a 0-0 Draw, which, iirc, Camel thought would do nicely.
Today has gone OK so far, & we could do with a good Day Two in
Mere's SA v NZ Cricket bet
to round it off nicely.
Do you mean on that game that looks like it's washed out?

Looks distinctly average.

Yup! WE averaged 21/20 for the £200.
Biggest bet we've had. Gulp.

eeek, that's a big % of your available roll on one match.
Fancy another bet?

You tease!
Always enjoy your quirky bets, hit me.
And yes, 20% of the roll on a single bet is pure suicide. Boom or bust it is.

hi mate,
Brentford v Rochdale tomorrow. Have £100 on Rochdale + 1/2 on the Asian handicap with VC at 1.98( 1.99) with Pinnacle Sports, but I'm guessing you don't bet there.
Since Brentford let their top scorer leave they haven't scored a goal in three games, they have signed Clinton Morrison on loan to give them more options up front but he isn't better then they already have. They are now stuck mid table and are one of those teams that seem to be fighting for nothing between now an the end of the season.
Rochdale are in the bottom 4 but have improved a little since Coleman took over but it is their recent run of games that catches my eye. In their last 7 games they have played 5 teams in the current top 8 in the Div. They lost by one goal to Notts County and Carlisle.
They drew with Charlton, Sheff Weds and Huddersfield. Their two other games were a 3-2 win in their local derby against Oldham and a 2-0 defeat to Tranmere who are one of the form teams in the league now they have a new manager in.
I think getting Rochdale and the draw on your side is good, so betting the + 1/2 on the Asian is the way to go. Taking 1.98 you are basically laying Brentford at just over evens, which is now the lay price on Betfair if you were to lay Brentford there, but on the Asian you are not paying any commission.
cheers, good luck with your footy mate

Another small bet, maybe £10, on Stoke DNB v Man City @ 7/2 on PaddyP?
They have virtually identical home vs away records,
Stoke W6
L4
City W7
L4
Stoke haven't been great at home this season compared to previous ones but they have won their last 2 without conceding and its one of those places that the top sides hate going to (they have beaten Spurs and drawn with Chelsea and Man Utd there this season).
Citys away form is the reason Utd have now overtaken them, W2
L4 in their last 8 away prem games. Added to that Kompany and Lescott are still out and Ethrington (significant) and Fuller (less significant) return for Stoke.

Really like Orlando Magic to score more than 100 in tonight's NBA game at home to Cleveland Cavaliers, 10/11 with VC. Orlando are one of the strongest home teams around, and Cleveland are pretty ropey. They've played once this season already, Orlando won 102-94. The Magic have played well this season but have had the shadow of Dwight Howard, their 7ft superstar center, and his impending free agency hanging over them. However, the trade deadline has passed, Howard will be with the Magic til the end of next season and it's now full steam ahead to win as many games as poss til the end of the season.
Two games ago Orlando did have a major slip-up, scoring only 59, a low of 11 years, but that was against the Chicago Bulls, the team with the best record in the league (39-10).Cleveland are 17-27, ninth in the East. Orlando are third in the East (30-18) and are much stronger at home than away. They won their last game 103-93. Orlando have won seven straight against the Cavs.
Cleveland concede an av of 99 points per game, and over the past 12 games are conceding 104.6. Orlando score 94 on av but at home and against a weak team I think they will score 100 easy.
Orlando play well after having a day off, winning 10 of their 12 games. They had a day off yesterday.
Another bet that caught my eye with the same company is Roy Hibbert of Indiana to score more than 13.5 points at evens at home to the Phoenix Suns.
The Suns have lost six in seven, giving up 106.5 points per game in that stretch, so there should be plenty on offer. Hibbert is averaging 13 a game this season, but the Suns are a below average team (10th in the West) and at home the Pacers are strong. Over the past three games he's averaging 19 ppg after a little slump so looks back in form.
He matches up well against Phoenix so it looks a good bet. The only real downside is he dislocated a finger in the last game, but he played on and played really well, partic in the second half with the injury so it didn't seem to affect him. However, if you're only taking one bet, I think Orlando is probs safer. Please win, they won't send any more money

Don't back this. Stoke are awful against teams that can stroke it around. Check arsenal, Swansea, citeh.
