Mighty Mike wins today's Players Championship event beating Taylor 6-5 in the final coming from 5-4 down and hitting finishes of 164 and 124 with Taylor sitting waiting.  Significance?  He has got himself in to the much weaker half of the draw for the Worlds.  I like.

Boom!

Yeeeemfnhaaaaa.

I can't get on with Boyles and I doubt anyone can much but in the Pittsburgh/Cleveland game they have 25/1 HTft on Draw/Pitt and Draw/Cleve

 These are both great bets.

Thanks Neil, but I did not have time to catch these.

Good luck with your i-pops thing tonight, I'm sweating a £30,000 one myself for next door, too. Overlay looking likely for mine. (:

Oh wow, that is terrific news!

What price will he be now for the World's?

Thanks Bazza.

In that pit stop he chose the wrong tyres, slicks instead of intermediates. Rain fell more heavily and he had no chance. Not sure if he made another pit stop for correct tyres but I feel a bit gutted.

No worries h, we ran in the pointify places most of the race, just one of those things, we were looking good for £80 there.

yeah, i dont know anything about formula one, so was hoping that he had took a pit stop and that all the people infront of him still had to take theirs if that makes any sense haha, wishful thinking i guess
really liked the bet though
have followed this 'fred/thread' for a long long time and thought it about time i sign up, what is 'fred'?
thanks for the welcome Smiley

Ahh, I assumed you were an ex-lurker, glad you have signed up, don't be afraid to ask questions, everyone here is well helpful.

"Fred" is just our nickname for the whole thread. We talk about him all the time. Bit childish really, but we just like to have a bit of fun here. Wink

Think we'll escape an overlay on iPops #1 tonight. Number #2 tomorrow should be pretty amazing though (seeing as you mentioned it). It's a $350 buy-in with $100,000 guaranteed. It's way the quietest one for sats and I would imagine they might get 160 players meaning a $50,000 overlay. Should be at least $30,000 anyway.

 Madness.

Those bets are available at 20/1 with Corals (joke firm) on the Arizona/St Louis game too. Good bet I think (I got £50 on).

Hi Tony,

I have a small player perf bet in today's late NFL game

£55 James Starks to have under 70.5 rushing yards for Green Bay v New York Giants at 10/11 with Laddies

This line has been set quite high in my opinion, he is now the number 1 rb in Green Bay but it is by injury and default as he was third choice rb there earlier in the season This  line seems to take his last game against Detroit at face value and I am not sure it should be.The Giants are tough to run on too.

Obv a rb can spoil a line with one big run but this is from his fantasy player bio.

'''He has shown little in the way of big-play ability at this point in the season, despite receiving the most carries on the team over the last two weeks. With the Packers a primarily pass-first offense, Starks may have a hard time getting into a rhythm in the running attack. '''

This is the after midnight game I think, so I'll stick it on a bit later Phil.

Thanks, & good luck with your various bets tonight..

Hope the overlay is not out of your pocket Neil! We need 300 runners next door & have 144 now. No worries.....;)

If I can get on, I'll have a little punt on that HT-FT thingie, thanks.

Evening, Fred.

Been at the Lane for the afternoon. Result aside (weeeeeeee), highlight was the West Ham Fans singing after Andy Carroll's consolation goal:

"He scores when he wants"

Today's header was his first goal of the season.

Football does still have a sense of humour.

Think we really want to be with Cleveland +2 @ 5/6 vs Pittsburgh. Hope we can get on, won´t have much time.

Pittsburgh down to their 4th choice running back, already with 3rd choice QB...Cleveland should win (but its Cleveland)
