dancing on ice starts on TV on about Jan 6th Tony.
it seems that market is more clued up this year than previous ones and there are a small list of entrants that I have been told have trained well so far. I recommend £30 on Samia Ghadie at 15/2 with Betfred or 7/1 with Laddies, she looks like the best value at this stage and I'm sure she can only get shorter, it doesn't sound like there is a standout contestant at the moment but the word is she is v solid at this stage.
I know you are against markets like these but this has been a good one for the last few years. We might well be able to add another bet if someone emerges as a better bet nearer the event.
Cheers
wiiiiiiii ......its that time of year again!
I have to say Phil is a master of DOI......... in the last 3 years I have followed his tip, its a 100% record.
...........so hopefully no slip ups this time.

Is she stil in corrie?
was she popular in corrie?

ty bobby"realitytv"1
I'm told she is
I'm told she is
The last three winners were all soap 'stars'
She has a great arse too if that picture is anything to go by.
I'm going for a 4 timer on Miss world, Eurovision( 2nd but a profit), SCD (cmon Kimbers) and now DOI....I need to get out more.

I give you a 37-1 shot that's made the final fourteen weeks later and you bet on Who Wants To Be Bambi On Ice?
Ding Ding! Last stop: Loonyville. Everybody off!
You did? Remind me. Did we back it?
More chance of you being somewhere here at the Brixton Academy watching two lads who might actually be cambridgealex and Peejay (they are called South Central but same age and hoods up, so probably the same people) play the latest drumstep at high volume.
Wait...is that Chopper Harris?
You tipped her at about 14s or so?
I prob mentioned it then but I must have said I thought she was the dark horse bet when she was 37s as that's the price I took.
Doesn't matter anyway. Just being cheeky. All good fun.

Chompsville, the thoughts of the SCD "experts" are on this thread
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=58901.30
I am Byrne and Walsh at the prices
AndrewT is Walsh and Harmer
From that thhread, I think Kimberly Walsh is the definite bet. Should be a good dancer and is very likeable.
Pile on tikay. Don't let your disappointment at missing the Clary coup cause you to miss this one.
I think I must have tikay wrong.
He must have secretly backed Clary, couldn't fail to back Walsh with that set of tipsters.... and given the thousands he has made from reality TV betting, he is now prepared to air his dark side in public.

Talking about terraces versus seats, I was a smallish 13 year old when I attended (on my own) the Ireland vs Italy friendly in 1985.
The FAI expected about 20,000 and the game was played at the ~25,000 capacity Dalymount Park in Dublin. Unfortunately around 40,000 (nobody really knows) turned up. This game was the closest Ireland has ever come to a Hillsborough type incident and it was a miracle there was no deaths.
When the crowds kept coming, the police were forced to just open the gates. Fans continued to pour in and the game was delayed by 15 mins. When the players came out, every available inch of the ground was full and there were 800 fans lining the pitch, barely a yard from the actual playing surface.
Players warmed up on the pitch, not believing their eyes. (Irish manager Eoin) Hand went to his bench, as did (Italian manager Enzo) Bearzot to find fans sitting there.
I was in 'The Shed', a terrace behind one of the goals. Italy went 2-0 in the first 18 minutes. For both of those goals, I was lifted entirely off my feet and carried in the surge that you can only get in a standing only terrace. My feet didn't touch the ground again for probably 1 minute. Utterly surreal experience. If I had gone down, I would not have gotten up. Those moments remain the most terrifying of my life.
This picture gives a very small idea of the overcrowding;

I wonder if we can start a campaign to get Tikay in celebrity Big Brother?
I think he would love it.

Definitely behind this campaign, yup. Tried to get Celtic to go on normal Big Bro but to no avail. Lazy scotch get.
I shared a table in Luton the other night with a guy who's just joined Endemol and will be working behind the scenes on CBB 2013. So exciting. Only a month to go now...

and in the away end the mural colours change game by game to that particular club's colours, they show videos of that day's away team in action too. Nice touches
The Amex really took new stadium design on, in the UK, in my opinion. A ground breaking stadium, probably the most satisfying since Huddersfield's McAlpine/Galpharm went up

GG Cavs. Raptors played out their skin. Fully deserved with their squad as thin as it is.

That doesn't look like a spectacular arse to me. For that reason, I'm not backing her.

Morning Mr T.
T20 cricket starts tomorrow. After backing Australia to win the 6's market in the world cup I paid particular attention to how all the sides did. I was very close to choosing India instead of Australia because they played Afghanistan and I thought there would be a shed load of 6's for India. Well India were awful in this market finishing last of all the big nations.
Whilst the IPL is the best tournament the fireworks are not provided by Indian cricketers, the top 4 6 hitters were all foreign and Kevin Pietersen scored more 6's than any Indian and he only played 8 games. In addition, I watched a lot of the IPL and the standard of Indian bowlers was dreadful, particularly in the final 4 overs.
England played India in the world cup. India bated first scoring 180 ish with only 1 six. England were bowled out for 80 but scored 3 6's. Yes it is a tiny sample. What I want from a team to score 6's is a bunch of large, aggressive people with a big bat. And to be honest with you Mr T the Indians are teeny tiny.
I would make India slight favourites to win the match but I would make England decent favourites to hit more 6's. I still can't find a price for the series so we will have to just go with the first match.
Suggest England to score most 6's in the 1st T20 £20 @ 11/8 Bluesquare.
