well done swansea backers
thought flores was immense again
really flourishing under ml again
It´s remarkable how we keep getting managers that fit perfectly. Lots of credit to the chairman.
Michu is incredible.
How the hell did he cost only £2m?
Injury issues in the past? Attitude problems?
There must be something which meant he was so cheap.
Nothing much negative in his past afaik. The standard of his finishing has been exceptional. I kind of think from a sample size point of view, can he really be quite this good? He has scored such a high proportion of his chances, it´s quite extraodinary. Long may it continue!

Most clinical finisher I've seen Michael Owen's early days at Liverpool.
Just never seems to miss.

he was to some degree considered an ugly duckling in spain, there was a fair bit of interest in him but none of the spanish sides could offer the fee upfront.
I think i explained this a few hundred pages back but anyway premiership sides generally pay the fee upfront in full Spain is littered with sides owing other sides loads of transfer fees due to installments that will never be paid.
According to sid lowe a la liga side offered 5 million euros for michu but it was over 56 months.

What's he worth now?
10? 12?
Would Swansea cash in?
Easiest 10 million a club has ever made. (assuming no sell ons, which aren't as common when a player is bought from Europe i believe)

10 million max i would think
cant see real or barca wanting him and the rest cant afford that. Not sure were else he would be happy to move to that could afford the fee.
as i mentioned the other playing for ml is massive for these spanish based players

CBB observers, how is Sam doing? Went to school together and actually saw him in London when I was down flat hunting. According to my FB he was wearing a Dundee top in the house tonight, comedy.
No TV in my new gaff yet :-(
85 on Betunfair at the moment, but that probably overestimates his chances of winning. Seems ok but not doing enough to get any airtime.

How did that horse that Chompy put up last night get on? Think it was in the 2.50 @ Ludlow, Marshall something. I missed the price, so decided it was best to just watch. But I fell asleep.
Like all good each-way bets, he finished...eighth. 7/2 from 11/2 but no complaints. Albeit was one of eight to pull clear.

Nope, we never got on.
I have nobody to blame but myself. I put it out there for discussion, got the answers I hoped I would, decided that 11/2 DNB was the safest route......and never backed it. I was a bit busy with work yesterday, but settled down afterwards to watch the game & even then I still never bet it. I just plum forgot.
Anyway, good to see plenty did. Except the chap who bet it with Stan James & forgot to press the "CONFIRM BET" Button......

£2M release fee in his contract at Rayo.
Soon as he signed he was in my fantasy team, shame everyone else copied after his first game
