I noticed Walsall were losing, and decided to kill Eso. He survives. For now.

QPR were losing, but equalised, and Villa/Reading is all square, too.

We need some good second halves.

Can't see much running in the Rugby either, one short burst  from North is all we have had so far.

The wafer thin possibility of Wales being wooden-spooners has gone, and in shades of Walsall & Huddersfield, it could even go tippy toppy and Wales win 6N.

Next case.

Well that was just awful to watch and I am not conviced the Ireland game will be much better. As we have an accurate weather report and we are already on Ireland I will recommend a bet that fits in with that. It will be the back rows that influence the result so I will suggest 2 small bets on the Irish flankers to get man of the match. I am particularly happy with the O'Mahony choice as at 28-1 it is way too high as I thought he was the best player when they played England in the wet.

O'Brien £5 @ 12-1 with Bet Victor
O'Mahony £5 @ 28-1 with Bet Victor.

I would not put anyone off going for no try in the game at 16-1 either.

Agree hector, that was pretty dire to watch, never seen so many pens.

Will sort the Ireland bet shortly, thanks. We need a win from somewhere, every result today has gone against us too far.

O'Brien £5 @ 12-1 with Bet Victor
O'Mahony £5 @ 28-1 with Bet Victor.

I would not put anyone off going for no try in the game at 16-1 either.

Both MotM bets on, exactly as prescribed.

Will confirm Betslip later, I have 2 or 3 to upload.

EDIT - Details added.

£5 @ 12/1, BetVictor, O'Brien, MotM, Ireland v France.

£5 @ 12/1, BetVictor, O'Mahony, MotM, Ireland v France.

.....and to cap it all, QPR, who were a goal down, are now 2-1 up.

QPR still 4 points off safety with the Villa win

Next game Aston Villa v QPR

A crucial game, to say the least
