I know thread probably can't get on
Stan James Basel goals tonight over 1.5 11/8. Best 11/10 elsewhere, odds on in spots
Having seen the Basel front three last week (best pair of wingers you'll see in a long time, well best pair of Swiss league wingers you'll see in a long time) when they scored 2 at White Hart Lane, I struggle to accept that over 1.5 tonight is an 11/8 shot
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/europa-league/basel-v-tottenham/total-home-goals-over-under-1-5
edit: now 6/5
Rich,
Best price now 11/10. I know the recommend has not met with universal glee, but your bets rarely lack oomph & zing.
Do you still think we should get on, or is it now a swerve? Your decision. (11/10 though).
Not really, it was a bet at 11/8 I thought and not especially out of line at 11/10
Yes, makes sense I suppose, as we missed the price.

In tonight's Europa League, Lazio are at home, facing a rather unfortunate 2-0 defecit.
We are wilh Lazio to win Europa League at a fancy price.

Ahh, thanks, I'm on catch-up here.
I actually thought we were on Castano, but it seems not.

Time to add to the ESC portfolio.
£10 Moldova @ 210 on Betty.

Are you SERIOUS?
We just got Fred back on an even keel, some quality stuff coming through, & you want more of that Eurovision shite?
Anyway, I traced the price on Betty under "Novelty", they are now 140, presumably after an avalanche of £3 was placed on them.
Still a bet?
Happy to get on as a sort of spite bet.

Are we up to date on getting bets placed now?
If I have missed any, (Eurovision excepted) speak up.

Quick cricket update today
Have been in Southampton watching Hampshire/Leicestershire for my summer gig
Hampshire 454/7 dec
Leicestershire 108-6
I know Leicestershire are one of the weaker sides (resources, mainly), but this is a very promising start for Gherkin's bet
In other games Middlesex have a slight advantage over Notts at the end of Day 2
Ditto Northants over Glamorgan
There's four-five months to go on these, but a summer of following these teams awaits....

Heavy rollers are back in county cricket this year, having been banished to the Sheds last year
I must remember my camera and do a ground by ground roller review. Would be worth a thread in itself

I will be having a ton of bets on the Masters but I think the most interesting one is a bet on the first round leader. It looks as thought there is a significant chance of bad weather later in the afternoon. It is due to reach about 1-2pm so ideally we want a player that is finished by then which means a teetime of 10am or earlier. There may well be a 100/1 shot that is good value here each way but I am going to stick to a simpler approach and just look at the front of the market.
This is a list of players under 50/1 (I used 365 prices) to lead after the first round with a teetime before 10am:
Westwood
Rose
Snedeker
Schwartzel
Gmac
So five players out of 13. I think we need to eliminate Snedeker simply because we already bet him to win the tournament and it doesn't look great with his injury at the moment. Increasing our exposure on him seems silly to me. If he goes well we will just be happy. I dont really like McDowell either just because he has missed the cut here twice. Of the other three I can't really split them. They all average below 70 for their first rounds over their last 50 events. westwood and Rose have both led the event after the first round in the last five years and Schwartzel is a past winner so they all look solid to me and would suggest we bet them all each way. Best prices are 20/1 Rose with Ladbrokes. 33/1 Westwood with Ladbrokes and 33/1 Schwartzel with Betvictor. Suggest 15 e/w on each of them.
Good post.
Any chance you could mention the 100/1 shot though, unless you are waiting to get on yourself first.
Oh no I just meant I haven't had time to go through all of those at a big price but one I do like and wouldn't put you off is David Lynn but I only really noticed him because I have backed him to win the tournament and top Brit. 200/1 seems fair to me especially each way and he wont have too much pressure as he is out really early.
Yeah getting a bit excited but more nervous as I could only get on win only.......

Someone must've nicked the 210 then.
No to 140, ask for a tenner at 200 and leave it hanging bruh.

Evening Mr T.
Tonight's Co op action features Doncaster v Featherstone. With better weather here and the leagues top scorers on show the points quote looks a score too light. In their last league match Doncaster conceded 34 points in the first half. I can't see Featherstone being happy unless they score 50 points on their own.
Suggest £24 over 49.5 points with Boylesport @ 5/6

Not sure this should go on Spready yet, but Vince will know, & decide.
