posting hands in PHA and other threads

Can anyone please tell me how i go about posting hand histories, either in the hand analysis section or on other threads. Similar to how, for instance railtard1 posts his tourney hands on his staking updates. I recently got Holdem Manager. I'm not sure if i can use this to post them.
 I realise it's pretty basic to most of you, but, if someone could explain to me, in simple, easy to follow terms, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oh, cheers for that bit of info. Is there an easy way that i can post hands from ipoker, with or without the use of Holdem manager?
