Fran Kurti limps UTG.
Kuljinder Sidhu raise, Kurti calls.
Flop -
Fireworks go off, Kurti gets his 35k stack in with
Sidhu well ahead with
Turn -
"YES! THATS HOW YOU PLAY POKER"
big sigh from Sidhu who is unable to improve on the river, a big 75k pot for Kurti
He gets a slap on the wrist after shouting, responding "I buy into this tournament, i SHOUT when I win!"

James Turner - JimBob31 on Blonde - asked why I hadn't taken his picture, as he had made some amazing plays. I told him probably because I had missed them all, so went off to get the camera to take a photo of him sat with his 30K.

Unfortunately, when I got back it was to see a board of 8C , with james flipping over 10s and Maria tabling , and most of James's chips heading over to Maria.

Here's his picture anyway  ever time she as it ever time i tell u

And here's one of Maria's stack, spread out in front of her.

Maria means business: she's on about 70 K now after firing each street on a 7 Q 10 9 2 board, getting Stan Wallace to fold on the river after he missed his straight and flush draw.

Maria had also missed but fortunately she has an honest face.

horrible hand caroline it was actually maria raised to 2100 pre im BB i flat flop  , i led for 2750 maria flat called , turn , i check maria bet 2100 , i flat called river was  two spades i check to call but her bet was 2700 i felt she thought i missed my flush and wanted paying off with her straight KJ i had  the bad end straight i made the fold but felt it was right

Sean Rigley is getting a hard time on table 27.

Apparently Sam Macdonald raised to 325 and got 4 callers, Wadey made it 1300, and still got 4 callers.

The flop was Two Clubs.

Allplayers checked round to Wadey who jams pretty much his whole starting stack over the line, to show Aces after everyone folds.

Sean then claims he folded , much to Wadey's amusement.  Sean asks him would he call there and Wadey says

"Would I call there? With two overs, the nut flush draw, against someone with my reputation? I can't get it in fast enough"

Julian pipes up that he would call, as does Sam Macdonald and Paul Hardy.

Wadey continues saying if he doesn't win he simply re enters again. Julian then says if he doesn't win he just goes home and has a day off.

Paul Hardy then adds "I'd sooner pass a kidney stone than pass that."

Thought id log in to comment on this... i really cant see why i would call my whole stack off on a draw. i have a flush draw, no overcards at all. i thought my ace was maybe live but wadey shows AA. i think the wrong player in this hand is being given a hard time! theres less than 4k in the pot and Wadey shoves 13k into it when he has 3 opponents. there are no 2 cards that i would put 13k into that pot with.

just sayin...

Not even  , top set backdoor flush draw?! I agree with the fold, at very best your flipping, and most of the time your well behind as per this case, drawing to a club. I also disagree with the shove being the right move. Understandably the flush draw is a possibility, but surely only gets called by better hands ie a set.

100% AGREE WITH YOU, IN THIS SITUATION I BELIEVE THAT WADEY ONLY GETS A CALLER IF HE IS BEAT. MAYBE THE 1 HAND THAT I COULD FIND A CALL WITH AND BE BEAT IS AC 9C, THATS STILL A DECISION WITH 4K IN THE POT.
