Any thoughts about having more than 1 player per week? Id prefer to play sooner rather than later, got stuff coming up, MC, SCOOP, 25k etc

Yes, equally happy to consider this....6 schedules, one each over a max 6 week period - be nice to spread them out for sweats but in reality makes little difference

So the following people have agreed to join the syndicate

We will all send $400 a week to one of the above to play a schedule of around $2400 which includes $400 from the guy playing himself, the schedule can consist of any tournaments the player wants to play but to stress again we are looking to win lots of money not break even, so playing a $200 instead of 4 50's is definitely preferable. All of this money must be sent by Saturday at the very latest.

If the player returns any money he keeps 50% for himself and sends 10% to each of the other 5 guys in the syndicate.

As stated above all players in the syndicate will play 1 week, although they can pass their week on to somebody else. So for example, I don't want to play, I would let one of the other guys play my week, the other 4 guys would keep 10% each (40%) and the player and the players choice will keep 30% each. Although I assume everybody will take their right to play.

Doobs has already stated that he would like to play the first week so I have reserved this for him. Everybody please post ITT when is best for them and we will have the schedule all sorted before April 8th.

How about  making the percentages not as top heavy so everybody has more of a vested interest when not playing  ?

Maybe..... the player gets 40 % and 5 x 12% other members or 35% and 5 x 13%  or even  30% and  5 x 14%

As I said Im relaxed whatever is decided but with a bigger slice each week it makes the potential sweat more interesting

meh, 10 and 12% isn't much difference and its a lot easier to do it in slices of 10.

Good stuff.  The first week is good as pokerstars.fr has a 2 day SCOOP on.  Hopefully this prolongs the sweat.

Anybody fancy a side $50/$100 or so on the top scorer?  Winner takes all.  I probably have a disadvantage in this as other know the score to beat, but can't say it matters too much.  I don't think it can be much more than this, as then the others will be getting 10% and having to pay it straight back.
