Ermmm had a slight mishap, instead of withdrawing my £500 and buying a gym, I decided to go on a mad punting spree instead, which didn't end very well to say the least. That £500 is now £120.

If you spent as much time in your gym than you did trying to flame my posts then you would be on the road to a healthy lifestyle, as it is you have support from all the degens in this thread. I really do not care about getting flamed by all in this thread as my end goal is to see get fit and get healthy. You embraced Leethefish's weight loss thread and gave it all the big I am, the reality is you can not cheat your way to fitness or health... hard work pays off. I would guess that you are close to your 24 stone weight you kicked that thread off at. Your motive was that you had an unborn daughter arriving into this world and you wanted to be a father figure for her to look up to....

Meth Coop ciggie lane has a queue but the other tills are normally alright and for a village shop it has a decent array of items.

Marky Boy - Mission was so good, ruined that gaff. Can't remember the name of the place you are on about, think it is called Venom now though. I used to also smash up Banker's Draft and Bar Soviet. #ohthememories

I should explain to those who might not know that me and the ginger one have been friends for the best part of a decade and I know he has my best interest at heart! Unfortunately either his upbringing or just his general nature makes him handle situations with wirewool gloves.
 
In response: There is no need to guess when I openly admitted in Lee's thread I have put on a fair bit of beef since losing the 2 stone in his thread. I even set myself a new challenge to get back on track..(I actually started at 24st 11 btw)
Also, think about it. Do you think I am buying the multigym for the sake of it? Nobody is forcing me to buy it, I could buy whatever I wanted but I chose a bike and a gym for a reason..

All this said I did need reminding of my motivation and for this I do sincerely thank you!

If I was you I probably would have brought this up somewhere as opposed to itt. I dunno maybe via PM, via txt or maybe pulled me to one side when you were sat in my living room on Saturday afternoon.. Instead you cheered along as I drank my weight in cider and bet me that I couldn't hurdle the garden fence. (which I successfully did, obv)

Would a friend sit back and let you continue as you are? i rest my case, Bettsy the bore really does serve a purpose.

Anyhows back to my boiler which is having a turn for the worse, no doubt gonna cost me big dimes.

Nice, i'm currently going back through walks and taking pics again now i have a good camera. Might have to include a picture of your house or maybe even pop in for a game of darts. You play at DTD much? I might even know your face.

Play DTD average once a week, only play £100 plus tourneys, otherwise i tend to get bored.

Right, to get back on track.

Starting again with £40 - lost track of how many successful bets we've had in a row, if we did full roll we would be well over 5k I imagine, but meh. Long may it continue.

Not seeing a great deal today, you probably can't tell but quite busy at work, so will look into stuff in more detail later.
